Curating Boxes 

We carefully curate each Taste of Swan Valley gift box bringing a Taste of Swan Valley experience to your door or giftee.

We build and pack each box as orders are placed.

Can I include a personalised card with a message -

Yes, you can! We love to personalise your gift boxes for you. We use natural Kraft cards with an envelope to pop inside the box.

We are based in Perth Western Australia

Our Gift Boxes

Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description it is not included. Should we not have one, or part of the requested gift box item available, we reserve the right to substitute that product, however guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.

Alcohol 
Boxes containing Alcohol must be ordered and received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 yrs or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age to sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left if the destination is unattended and will be transported to the nearest post Office or Agent.

 

 

If there is really warm weather there is the possibility that chocolate could soften during the delivery process. Taste of Swan Valley is not liable if chocolate or any other products are altered as a result of their transportation. Please be mindful during summer months that such items pose a risk of deterioration. All of our gift items are stored in a cool environment prior to delivery, and gifts are delivered ASAP to minimise any risks.

We endeavour as much as possible to protect all items from the rigours of transport using strong packaging. 

We use our best endeavours to ensure the gift box and product orders are delivered  to you within the delivery guidelines of Australia Post and or Sendle. However, we will not be liable for events which are beyond our control and which may cause delivery delays once gift boxes and products leave our premise.
