GiftFox showcases incredible gift ideas from amazing small businesses here in Australia. Currently, we do not create our own gifts. We partner with businesses from all over Australia to bring you beautiful, unique and quality gift ideas.

GiftFox works a little uniquely.
Please read through our FAQ page carefully to understand how orders are processed.

Shipping policy

We're a little different. We don't have one big warehouse where everything is dispatched from. Products are dispatched from each individual small business. This means that if your order has multiple items, if they are from different small businesses, they will arrive separately.

Currently, we only ship to Australia. International shipping is not available.

Shipping is $9.95 Australia wide. No matter how many vendors you purchase from, we only charge one shipping rate. You're welcome!

Depending on your location and the small business (vendor)'s location, shipping times will vary. Our vendors will ship your gifts out within 2 business days (unless personalisation is required).

We recommend ordering in advance before your gift is needed, to avoid disappointment.

Returns and exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made directly with GiftFox. Please do not directly contact our small businesses. If there is an issue please reach out to hello@giftfox.com.au.

Our Returns Policy is in-line with Australian standards.

Please select your gifts carefully, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
